Important information about submission deadlines:

The submission deadline is Monday at 5.00 pm, Central time. Any submissions received after this time will be reviewed at the following week's meeting. Submissions are processed and sent to Board members on Tuesday evening. The Board meeting takes place on Thursday. Approval documentation (or disapproval, requests for further information, etc.) are sent for delivery by Friday close of business.

Late submissions: Late submissions can be accepted, at our discretion, until 12.00 pm on Tuesday. There is a fee for late submissions. Please refer to the Fees and Services page.
